about the rights and obligations of
the members of The Youth Network in
B&H toward network and vice-versa
with registration form
1.
The youth network in Bosnia and
Herzegovina is a joint project of
non-government organisations of Helsinki
Citizen's Assembly (hCa) from Banja
Luka and Tuzla. The basic goals of
this project are promoting, strengthening
and connecting the youth organisations,
groups and individuals that work on
a different activities directed toward
young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina,
their education and advancement of
their mutual co-operation on joint
project, their communications and
a mutual support in implementation
of a different project directed toward
the local community.

The mission of the youth network program
is worded like this:˛The Youth Network
in B&H is informal group of non-partial
organisations, groups and individuals
that fulfill needs of the youths in
entities, actively including them
into developing of a democratic values
and strengthening of the civilian
society ˛.
3.
Member of the Youth Network in B&H
can be the one who fulfill and accept
conditions as follows:
A)
If is not a political party or the
youth organisation from any political
parties in B&H, no matter if that
party is in position or opposition.
Individual as a network member can
be member of any political party but
within network activities he/she is
not allowed to propagate paragraphs
or interest of that party.
B) By his/her work to contribute
in developing of democratic values
and strengthening of the civilian
society in B&H and thorough a
different type of activities to struggle
for better position of youths.
C) To respect a human rights
of every man and citizen and promote
tolerance between people, no matter
on nationality, religion, race or
political persuade.
D) By her/his public declaration
or activities to not discredit in
any way mission and the goals of The
Youth Network in B&H
E) That he/she is ready to
invest all efforts and skills for
developing and progress of network,
and by that way his/her organisation
as well.
F) That he/she is ready to
co-operate and exchange information
with other organisations and individuals
within network, giving his/her suggestions,
proposals and ideas for improving
the joint activities.

Toward the co-ordination council of
the Youth Network in B&H each
network member has right to submit
in writing their suggestions about
work of the co-ordination council
or network co-ordinator or if find
that injustice has done to the any
of other network members. Decision
about that is to be brought by secret
vote of the co-ordination council.
5. Each network member has
right to represent network activities
toward other organisations, initiatives
and public in B&H and abroad in
accordance with its activities, principles,
missions and goals and by that occasion
should not discredit network work.
If that is happened, this organisation
can be expelled from the network and
decision about that is to be brought
by secret vote of the co-ordination
council
6.
If any of network member ask for help
than initiative will be started and
organised in a way of campaign or
petition toward local, entities or
state authorities and institutions,
as well as organising press conferences
and other way of support.
7.
If any of network organisations and
groups run some project (independent
or in co-operation with other network
members) that is in accordance with
strategic directions, goals, and mission
of network, more exactly those which
goal is work with the youths, the
network co-ordinators and members
of co-ordination council will help
them about it in accordance with his/their
possibilities. This help cold be like:
help in writing project proposals,
lobbing at donors or other type of
help during realisation of the project,
where the priority is to be given
toward network developing but not
only developing of NGO offices in
hCa Banja Luka and Tuzla.
8.
Individual or organisation member
of the youth network in B&H are
ending their membership in network
if:
A)
Organisation is abolished,
B) The goals of network members
are going to be not in accordance
with the goals , mission and codex
of the youth network in B&H. In
that case is to be given proposal
that the co-ordination council will
accept.
C) Voluntarily checking out
by the written statement, which is
to be delivered for review
toward the network co-ordinations
and the co-ordination council.
D) The case from the item 5
of this codex.

By accepting of the mentioned codex
and obligation of their respect, with
filing up the application form for
membership in network, the youth organisation
become an equal member of the youth
network in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Regulation
book of membership in "The Network
of Youth Organisations Bosnia and
Herzegovina"
1.
Article
By this regulation book are regulated
all obligations, duties and responsibilities
of the candidate for the membership
as well as members in The Network
of Youth Organisations in Bosnia and
Herzegovina(in further text only Network)
in accordance with Network regulation
book.
2. Article
Network members can be organisations,
which passed the network reception
procedure.
3. Article
Network members are completely an
autonomous organisations and by joining
into network are not losing anything
of their autonomous but they are joining
on the bases of their common interest.
4. Article
Procedure of reception into the Network
membership is consisted of sending
forms to the Network Co-ordination
Council, which are as follows: application
form certified by the authorised person
that represent organisation, organisation
goals and description of its work.
After the mentioned forms are received
the Network Co-ordination Council
will make decision about the reception
into the membership.
5. Article
Members have to fulfill criteria as
follows:

They should be regretted as organisation
or branch of organisation in Bosnia
and Herzegovina i.e. they should be
group or persons that work in accordance
with the mission of the youth network.
ˇ
They can not be the youth sections
from the political parties
ˇ
The youth network member can be member
of any political party but he/she
is not allow to promote interests
and goals of that party.
ˇ
They should accept The Network
Regulation Book and work in accordance
with it.
ˇ
They should be ready to co-operate
with all persons no matter on race,
gender, ages, national or religion
affiliation, social status, health
condition.

Article
When all submitted forms are checked
and the Co-ordination Council approve
reception into membership, the new
member will be checked in the Network
Register and candidate informed about
reception into network membership
within 30 days..
7. Article
In the case of refusal reception into
Network membership, is to be regulated
in accordance with the Network Codex.
8. Article
Rights and obligations of the members
are regulated by The Network Codex.
9. Article
The procedure of expel from the membership
is also regulated by The Network Codex
10. Article
The membership Regulation Book go
into effect on the day of its accepting.
